Our system was specifically designed to help employees do their job. For example, if an account representative was unsuccessful in reaching someone, the representative can program the system to remind them to attempt another contact later in the day at a specified time.
Valley Collection Service utilizes a computer network which provides a file server, diskless workstations, fully expandable system and a non-interruptible power supply. the computer system is NT secured with the fastest technologies available at this time.
Security is well planned and implemented. All access to terminals is limited to personnel. Multi-terminal access is currently available in all modes with complete access to multi-modes of communication. The Internet is firewall protected—insuring data security.
This fully automated system adds transaction processing which allows your account representative to rapidly and accurately record call comments, update demographic information, print collection notices, and immediately access account status. Accurate records are maintained within our computer system on a daily basis.
To import data, we need to know the file format and record layout of the information. Terminal access is determined by the individual court (if applicable) and Valley Collection Service. Computer transactions are backed up at the close of each business day in the case of computer equipment failure. Our backup system captures and preserves all data to ensure accurate client accounting.
Our technology and storage systems allows Valley Collection Service to maintain a complete set of client records without having to purge records. Account information is purged at the request of the client and is stored for seven years.
