Hiring Procedure The most important resource we have is our staff. We look for and hire those individuals who want to do the work, who can do the work, and who will do the work. We incorporate a step-by-step approach to interviewing and evaluating account representative applicants. Valley Collection Service has an extensive interviewing policy designed to help us choose only those individuals who demonstrate exceptional people skills. Employee Training Each employee must complete a carefully monitored six-month, hands-on training program, which includes the following:
